Welcome to my portfolio! I'm a multidisciplinary artist based in New York City, with a focus on creating compelling visuals for games.
As a current undergraduate at the NYU Game Center, I've spent the past few years learning new skills and putting them towards creating games. Games are a compelling combination of everything I enjoy - from 2D animation to illustration to crafting compelling narratives.
My Work
2D Game Animation
Below are a collection of games I've animated by hand over my time at the NYU Game Center. Click on the images to be redirected to playable builds!
Feed the Frogs
This "Whack-a-Mole"-esque game was created for a 2D Animation for Games course, as an effects and visual feedback exercise. Made in Unity as a solo project.
restless night
This is a simple, atmospheric walking sim created for my 2D Animation for Games final project, following the prompt "restless in a city park". Made in Unity as a solo project, utilizing several features of the tile system.
lo-fi tide
This simple point-and-click game was inspired by my student experience of studying late at night. It was created for the Intermediate Game Design course midterm solo, and made in Unity.
Stargazing with Angus
This was a clone of a portion of the narrative game Night in the Woods; I hand-animated all character movements and also worked on other supplementary art and animation for the scene. Made in Unity with a team of four other collaborators.
Illustrations for Games
Here are some examples of still illustrations I created for various games, for the purpose of concept exploration and as assets.

Loch Lovin'
This series of characters were designed for a dating sim visual novel, titled Loch Lovin', in which you play as a paranormal investigator socializing with various cryptids in Scotland! Each character was drawn with a variety of poses and expressions, and their designs are based on Scottish cryptid myths. As they are meant to all be individually romanceable, I tried to give each character unique and likeable traits.

Croak Folk
These illustrations were created to cement the designs of the two main characters of a top-down twinstick shooter game titled Croak Folk. It is centered around a modern take on ninjas, whose fighting style revolves around their partnership with an amphibian.
